In this process, a new module is added in TEC (to the curriculum).

Define module
In this step, you enter the basic details of the new module. You enter the title and optional a proposal study guide number and people involved.

Define module
In this workflow you set up the data of the new course. You enter the basic data and additional data of the course, the period of offer, forms of work, forms of testing and persons involved. You also have the option to add a course preparer who completes this data.
Done by: educational program designer OR course designer (optional)
Validate module
In this step, the training checker can check the course. If not approved, the training checker provides information on what still needs to be changed when rejecting.

Check FFB
In this step, administration uSis goes through all screens to make sure that everything has been entered (correctly). They also perform a check on behalf of the data and characteristics that go/need to go to uSis.
Done by: uSis administration
Approved
This is the status given to the process when the previous steps have been performed and the final step check FFB is completed.
