1. Process Preparing the Curriculum

This process establishes the curriculum for the next academic year.

Process steps:

Define Curriculum
In this step, the program is established by building the structure with modules.
Done by: educational program compiler 
Reading rights: program manager (optional)

Consent Programme
In this step, the construction of the structure is presented to the Programma approver for feedback and a recommendation for approval.
Done by: Programme approver
Reading rights: Programme coordinator

Submit programme
In this step, the program is submitted after the stakeholders have reviewed the comments, advice, structure and staffing.
Done by: Study Chair, program coordinator

Check
In this step, the Program Reviewer performs a final check, in which they check the advice given by the program approver in combination with the indicated changes and the staffing. The Program Reviewer should approve or disapprove the educational program. On approving the program, it goes to: submitted. When disapproving the program: it goes back one step to the 'submit' step where the Study Chair and/or program coordinator can review the comments to adjust.

Submitted
This is the status given to the process when the previous steps have been executed and the final check step is completed.
