6. Process Set up study requirements

Updated om

This process monitors the setup of the study requirements.

Process steps:

Setting up study requirements
In this process step, you can view and modify the study requirements of an educational program in the structure and by module.
Done by: administration uSis

Study requirements completed
When the study requirements are set up in uSis you complete the first process step, then this step confirms that the process is ready.

At the start of the academic year, the FFB-er or key user sets up the relevant study programmes in TEC for editing. By January (the exact date varies per faculty), the configuration of the study programmes must be complete. There is then a temporary editing freeze, during which all changes are implemented in uSis. The ‘Set up Study Requirements’ process serves as a reminder: the FFB-er or key user opens this process for all the required programmes. Once you have finished setting up a programme, you complete this process. By checking the process progress, one can see how far along the team is with setting up or implementing the changes for all these study programmes.

The “Edit Curriculum after deadline” process includes a step that sends the amended programme to the appropriate person for processing in uSis. Consequently, for changes made after the deadline, the “Set up study requirements” process is not required..

Welcome

Here you find a brief resume of the programme.

Study requirements notes

Here you can make notes for yourself. This is useful if, for example, you can’t transfer everything to uSis in one go and you want to note down where you left off or what still needs to be done.
