Through this process, a course can be modified after the deadline for submitting the curriculum has passed.
Process steps:
Detail adjustments
In this step, you can make detailed adjustments to the basic and additional data of the course, offering period, methods, assessments and relations.
Done by: programme coordinator
Existing course - process in uSis
In this step the changes made on the course are visible. These changes can affect information in other systems. Each tab indicates the systems or locations where changes may need to be made.

Courses for uSis
A check is done whether all fields that are required for uSis are filled and correct.

Approved
This is the status that the process gets when the previous steps have been executed and the last step has been completed.
Not for uSis
Not every course needs to go to uSis. When the tic for uSis has been turned off in Detail adjustments, the course will not go to the status Approved, but to Not for uSis.
