This article explains how to add prospectus stakeholders to a study programme or course outside of a workflow.
How do you add the Prospectus Author to a course?
Search course
Enter the prospectus number in the search bar. The course will appear automatically. Click it to open it.
Go to the General tab, Prospectus, Stakeholders in prospectus process (course).
You can now add the course’s prospectus author by clicking Add.
- Select the author.
- Click Save.
How do you add the Prospectus Author to a study programme?
Search study programme
Enter the code of the study programme in the search bar. The programme will appear automatically. Click it to open it.
Go to the General tab, Prospectus, Stakeholders in the prospectus process (study programme).
You can now add the Prospectus Author study programme by clicking Add.
- Select the author.
- Click Save.
How do you add the Reviewer Prospectus to a study programme?
You can add the Reviewer Prospectus at the same page by clicking Add.
- Select the reviewer.
- Click Save.
