When the programme coordinator has created/added a new course to the curriculum, the course is sent to the controller. The controller verifies whether the course complies with faculty agreements and whether the information has been entered correctly. The controller cannot change any components of the course. If this is required, the Key User TEC role must also be assigned to the person who is the controller.
The Controller finds the task on the Dashboard.
Click on the task to open the workflow.

On the next page you will find an overview of the cross-curricular skills:
Next, you will see a page with an overview of all changes made to the course:
On the last page, Complete, you will be given the choice to approve or reject the course.
If you approve the course, it will be sent to the uSis administration for a final completeness check.
If you reject the course, it will go back one step to the Programme coordinator. You will be prompted to indicate why you are rejecting the course.
