When you click on next to go to the Offering page, you will be asked to add a comment, but this is optional..

Additional details

Once again, fields marked with a red asterisk/green tick are mandatory fields. Consult your faculty's working agreements to find out what you do and do not need to fill in here.

Relations

On this page you add the lecturer(s) and the prospectus author (the person who writes the course guide text for this course):

Please note: you will see a maximum of five search results. This will not be sufficient, especially for more common names. Click on Advanced search to view the full list of results.
Here, you can specify an end date for a lecturer's association with a course. (You do not specify an end date for the lecturer.) This means that if the end date falls within the current academic year, the lecturer's association with this course will not be copied to a new academic year.
The fields Assignment type and Description are used by TEC for assignment planning (FGW).
You can also indicate that you have a vacancy for this course. In that case, you must fill in the organisation.
