As Programme Approver, you approve the educational programme drawn up by the Programme coordinator. Your role is both advisory and evaluative: you check whether the content complies with the frameworks and agreements of the programme or faculty. You can provide feedback and substantiate your choice within the system.
Start Consent Programme
The "Preparing the curriculum" process starts on the first of October each year. From that moment on, the process in TE Curriculum is also activated.
As an Programme Approver, you will receive an email when the Programme coordinator has completed the draft of the programme for the following year. Log in to TEC and you will find Task:
Click on the task and the Consent Programme workflow will open:
Here you can see an overview of all the steps in the process. It is now your turn to consent.
Remarks and advice
The following page provides an overview of the educational programme. Above that, you will find the comments of the Programme coordinator and the Advice (which you will provide later, so it has not been filled in yet):

Course overview and report
Return to your browser tab with the workflow. Scroll further down for an overview of all courses, which you can download. You can also customize this overview yourself by using the Customize report button to create your own template with the data you want to see. More information about reports can be found here: 4. How do I manage and use reports?
Advice
Scroll back to the top of the page for the 'Next' button to go to the next page, Advice:
Give either a positive or a negative advice and an explanation. In special cases, you can also choose not to give advice, but to allow the process to continue anyway.
