When the uSis Administration has approved a course for uSis, the course will appear as the task Courses for uSis. The Vakdoorzetter officer checks all the details of the new course and fills in some fields that are not mandatory in TEC but are required for uSis.
The whole idea for this workflow is that everything you need for the final check is shown in this workflow: there should be no need to go check things outside this workflow. If you are missing information which makes that you do have to go outside of the workflow, please let FB-SOZ know.

In the screenshot all parts of this page are closed, to better show you what information is available. Normally when you get here, all parts of the pages are expanded.
Method overview
Make sure the template Teaching Method - Overview for uSis is shown for the report.
This report shows in a table all fields of the methods that are sent to uSis. This makes it (relatively) easy to see when fields have not been filled in.
You can click anywhere on the line of a method to be redirected to the page for that method. (As mentioned above, you should not have need of this.)
Notice that the uSis study module ID has not yet been filled in. This is because the IDs for the methods and assessments are new and therefore not yet known in uSis. Once the course and its components have been forwarded to uSis, this field will be filled in automatically.
Assessment overview
Make sure the template for the report Toetsvormen - Overview for uSis is shown.
This report shows in a table all fields of the assessments that are sent to uSis. This makes it (relatively) easy to see when fields have not been filled in.
Unlike on the methods page, you cannot navigate to the page for the assessment from here. However, you can click on the catalog number for the corresponding course, which will take you to the page for that course. To access the page for the assessment, you will need to search for it in the search bar at the top of each page.
Appraisal overview
The appraisals of assessments have their own overview.
The weighting is transferred one to one to uSis. TEC does not take the weighting value into account and will therefore not check whether, for example, two types of assessment together have a weighting of 100.
Finish
Click finish to put the course in the status Approved. When you finish, the course will now be pushed through to uSis.
