This article describes the actions that the Chief Editor Prospectus must take to publish the study programme.
To prepare all processes for publication, go to Reports, Processes, Process management, Study programme, Prospectus information Study Programme (early/regular/after deadline).

Select your faculty and the study program you want to publish, and click Search.
Select your faculty and the study programmes you want to publish, and click Search.
Publish
Click Ready to publish. You will now see all courses that are ready tot be published.
- Select the study programme
- Click Takeover.
- Set the New status to Publish.
- Click Takeover again.
The study programme will then be automatically transferred to the prospectus during the night and will be available and published the next day.
