Important: Courses are evaluated digitally every year. At Leiden University, standard course evaluations are used for this purpose.
- Click on the course under ‘Provide evaluation details’
- Please read the text at the top of the page before filling in the details.
- Under Evaluation logistics, enter the relevant details and save (Basic course details are determined on the basis of the Course Catalogue and cannot be modified).
- Go to the ‘Complete’ step and click ‘Send’; the OSC will then request the evaluation from LLInC.
Exception: customised evaluation
Only in the case of a new or significantly changed course is it possible to add 5 extra questions. Prior authorisation, supported by a motivation, must be requested for this; select the ‘yes’ option under ‘Evaluation Form Choice’. The request will be submitted to the Director of Education. If approved, a maximum of 5 questions may be added; if rejected, the Student Service Centre will request the standard evaluation.
