There are several ways in which you can receive a evaluation

• Post-exam evaluation in ANS
• Evaluation following a lecture/seminar/other session

Post-exam evaluation in ANS

The Student Service Centre/Digital Testing adds the evaluation to the exam in ANS. This appears as a pop-up containing a URL to the digital evaluation. Students can complete the evaluation immediately after the exam. No further action is required on the part of the lecturer.

Evaluation following a lecture/seminar/other session

The lecturer will receive an email notification that the QR code/URL is available in TEC. Go to the Dashboard and click on the course under ‘URL HC/WG’. Save the QR code/URL, complete the steps in TEC and distribute the QR code/URL during the final session(s). The evaluation closes automatically two weeks after the requested evaluation date.
